Enjoy National Picnic Day with miss KOREA BBQ!

Did you know the summer is arriving a couple of months earlier than normal this year due to the warm winter we had in New York City? Which means outdoor BBQ season is coming earlier too 😀

miss KOREA BBQs fully prepared catering packages are here for you to minimize the hassle, and the start up of your barbecue picnic calendar will be much more enjoyable!

Let’s fire up to grill Clay Pot Kalbi and marinated Pork Ribs and your day will sizzle and dazzle ^^

Here is some our suggestions for best grill spot in New York City!

East River Park

While Robert Moses’s concrete extension does not a rural setting make, the East River Park has undergone a nip and tuck and is looking all the better for it. The picnic area is kitted out with eight grills and, despite all the gray and proximity to the FDR, the water views and manicured foliage make for a pleasant (if a touch urban) BBQ spot. Enter at FDR Dr at 10th St

Morningside Park
Past the masonry wall and down the stairs lies a tucked-away world of winding, flower-lined pathways that you would normally encounter in a storybook. Since you’ll have to BYOG (bring your own grill) to this party, you might want to delegate the sausages to someone else. Enter at Morningside Ave at W 121st St

Thomas Jefferson Park
It’s only a few blocks long, but they’ve packed this park with features: It has a swimming pool, two playgrounds, full recreation center and picnic area to boot. Again, you need to provide your own grill so bring a few friends to help you carry it all. If there are enough of you, you might even work your meal off with a soccer game afterward. Enter at First Ave between 111th St and 114th Sts

Riverside Park
This beautiful four-mile stretch of waterfront has been named one of just eight scenic landmarks by the City of New York. You can barbecue anywhere north of West 145th Street but there are no grills provided, so come prepared. The last thing you want is to set up the BBQ and realize you forgot a lighter. North of W 145th St on the Hudson River. Enter at Riverside Dr and W 145th St

Willowbrook Park
If you’re looking for a spot that’s off the beaten path, this Staten Island park—which is part of the borough’s Greenbelt—would be a good choice. Bring your own grill and enter at Eton Place for a barbecue area and picnic benches, then take the kids on the Carousel for All Children ($1.50) or spend some time fishing in the pond. Enter at Eton Pl and Richmond Ave, Staten Island

Pelham Bay Park
This park in the Bronx is three times the size of Central Park—there are more than 2,700 acres of land, including beaches and marshes—so there’s no shortage of green space perfect for lounging. The park contains 13 miles of shoreline, including the mile-long Orchard Beach, and offers barbecuing areas at both its north and south lawns. But grillers beware: They fill up early in the day on weekends. 1 Bronx River Pkwy, Bronx

Alley Pond Park
There are plenty of things to do in this gigantic park, which covers more than 600 acres in Queens. In addition to standard park provisions (ball fields, playgrounds), the park also features an Environmental Center that provides walking trails and educational programming (212-229-4000, alleypond.com), as well as free fitness classes and an adventure course for kids. Three barbecue areas are available, but the one on Springfield Boulevard is farthest from the sounds of the highway.Union Tpke at Winchester Blvd, Bayside, Queens (718-846-2731, nycgovparks.org)

More Manhattan grill spots:
Inwood Hill Park (Enter at Payson Ave and Dyckman St)
Highbridge Park (Enter at W 177th St and Amsterdam Ave)
Fort Washington Park (Enter at W 158th St and Henry Hudson Pkwy)
Randall’s Island Park (Enter at Randall’s Island Rd and Triborough Plaza)
St. Nicholas Park (Enter at St. Nicholas Terr and W 128th St)
Wards Island Park (Enter at Ward’s Island Bridge and E 125th St)
